3 Days-2 Nights Trek Rinjani Aik Berik start point:
D1: Airport – Aik Berik – Benang Stokel & Kelambu Waterfall
Pick up from the airport or other areas on the island of Lombok then drive to Aik Brik Village.
Welcoming friendly and charming by the crew of Andrak Homestay where to stay before trekking Rinjani the next day, rest then prepare for a walk into the forest near Benang Stokel Waterfall and Benang Kelambu.
It is a light half-day trek through villages, rice fields, small rivers, rainforest and ends for swimming and bathing in the charming Benang Stokel and Benanng Kelambu waterfalls.
After having fun at the waterfalls we will travel back through the dense tropical rain forest rich with flora and fauna species, rest overnight at the homestay.
D2: Aik Berik – Plawangan Aik Berik
Wake up in the morning enjoying breakfast and getting ready for a long hike.
Trek through dense forest, hiking to Pelawangan Aik Berik takes about 6-7 hours.
This track offers a lot of variety, with the famous Tiara Dewi Anjani waterfall as one of the highlights, and if one is lucky, one may encounter a herd of deer.
This trail is well-liked by those looking for a completely different viewpoint to Rinjani.
Arriving at Plawangan, we can enjoy an amazing sunset over Mount Agung Bali and the view of Lake Segara Anak and Mount Rinjani and then camp in tent here.
D3: Plawangan – Sunrise – Aik Berik
Wake up early to see the moment of sunrise, where the sun moves behind the peak of Rinjani.
Enjoy breakfast then journey back to Aik Berik via a different route as to when we hiked but with the same atmosphere with a dense tropical rain forest where we can observe many species of flora and fauna, return to the village, rest, drink coffee and then transfer to the next destination in Lombok island
