1. TNGR Basic Insurance (Included in Your Package)

To establish a baseline of safety, every official permit automatically includes the TNGR Basic Insurance premium. We cover this cost seamlessly as part of your trekking package.

Cost: IDR 10,000 — Already included in your Lombok Green Nature package.
What it Covers: Basic medical treatment up to IDR 20,000,000 and limited manual ground evacuation up to IDR 15,000,000.
The Limitation: This tier does not cover helicopter or air evacuation. Because ground rescues via stretcher from the crater rim or lake can take well over 24 hours, you are only permitted to rely on this Basic tier if you provide proof of adequate personal travel insurance.

2. TNGR Premium Trekking Insurance (Mandatory if Uninsured)

Introduced to provide rapid response for severe medical emergencies, the Premium Insurance tier is a mandatory add-on for any trekker whose personal travel insurance does not explicitly cover high-altitude air rescue.

Cost: IDR 290,000 (approx. USD $18) per person per trek.
Validity: Covers you from your entry at the national park gate until your exit (maximum of 4 days).

How to register: Once you book your trek with us, simply email a copy of your insurance certificate. The document must clearly show your name, policy number, valid dates, and the specific high-altitude/air-rescue clauses.
