Timbanuh Rinjani Trekking to climb Mount Rinjani from Timbanuh at 950 meters above sea level to crater rim 2.800 meters and the next day back to Timba Nuh and Tetebatu.
Day 1: 7.00 am Start of the national park in Timbanuh through the forest and required to plant trees before start crosses the footpath and the river to pos2.
And in the jungle, we can see the various types of wood and moss, forest vegetables that can cook naturally.
After walking for three hours we arrived in pos II where we break for lunch.
After that we continue the journey towards pos 3 for 2 hours, we need rest for 15 minutes while eating snacks and fruit and enjoying the savanna on Mount Rinjani.
Then continue through the savanna to the Timbanuh crater ( 2.800mdpl ) for 2 hours and we will camp there. from the crater we can enjoy the sunset, and views of the islands of Sumbawa and sleep in tents.
Day 2:
Walking up at 3:30 am for a continental breakfast with bread and coffee, tea, or milk, and then at 4:00 am start climbing to the top of south Rinjani. we need to walk for 2 hours arrive to at the peak of 3.500m above sea level.
we break the peak of the mountain to enjoy the view of the new identity, the lake Segara Anak, majestic mountains, and the islands of Sumbawa, and then back to basecamp for 1 hour to rest and have breakfast.
after having breakfast we return to post II for 3 hours, then we will have lunch at post III.
After having lunch continue down to Timbanuh Village and our car will drop you back at the hotel in Tetebatu.
After a shower, we will take you to the next destination on the island of Lombok or you can say one more night in Tetebatu.
Travel Insurance:
Rinjani Lombok net is responsible for evacuation insurance as long as trekking activity, but not responsible for your travel and health insurance, and for any claims associated with any event covered by the insurance policy.
You Are Responsible For:
Adequate and valid Travel Insurance is compulsory and mandatory for all travelers who are going to participate in any of our adventure and recreational activities, i.e. mountain biking, trekking, climbing, etc.
We recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers repatriation and evacuation in case of a medical emergency, cancellation and curtailment as well as baggage and valuables.
And must cover again personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, personal liability, and emergency air ambulance/helicopter rescue services.
We will ask and remind you about your insurance policy during your booking with us.
Before your departure from the trip, our tour leader will ask and need to see your insurance policy.
